Christopher, LLC Terms of Business

CERTIFICATE OF BUSINESS: FICTITIOUS FIRM NAME

"Christopher Marketing" holds a valid Certificate of Business that is currently filed with the Clark County Clerk's Office. It certifies that Christopher, LLC is conducting business under the fictitious name of "Christopher Marketing."

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required to secure services at $300 and under. Work will not start without payment in full.
An advance deposit of 50% is required to secure services over $300. Work will not start without a deposit.
The remaining balance will be due upon completion and before delivering any product.
Electronic invoices will be sent via email; PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard accepted.
Other payment terms are available upon request & credit verification.
Any account exceeding Net Terms will be subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5%.
Christopher, LLC shall have a lien on all clients' materials until full payment for any due or outstanding account is received.

BILLING

Customers will be billed for actual services rendered.
Graphic artwork and other materials supplied that do not meet Christopher, LLC specifications will be subject to extra charges.
Invoices are issued by, and payments made to: Christopher, LLC, PO Box 27740, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89126 USA.

PRICING

PRODUCTS PROCUREMENT

Any products that require physical delivery will be purchased on client's behalf using funds made available to Christopher, LLC. "Product Procurement Budget" includes the sale price of physical goods, plus procurement agent fees. Christopher, LLC acts solely in the capacity of a procurement agent, and does not engage in the sale or resale of physical goods.

GUARANTEE

Christopher, LLC guarantees work performed unconditionally against defects in quality and workmanship.
Christopher, LLC guarantees that the quality of your final product will meet or exceed the quality of your approved art and audio proofs.
Christopher, LLC limits liability to rerun or refund (at our option) on services performed, providing that the product is deemed defective by reason of workmanship or material. Reruns or refunds will only be for quantities returned. No product is replaced or credit given if more than thirty (30) days after delivery of product or service.
Christopher, LLC does not guarantee, and will not be held liable, for defects or damages caused by services purchased by the client from firms other than Christopher, LLC, or goods procured by any agent other than Christopher, LLC.
Christopher, LLC assumes no risk and makes no guarantee for the security of clients' material in production, storage, or delivery, or for delivery schedules, arrival times, delay, or detention of materials prepared for clients.
Christopher, LLC assumes no responsibility for copyright infringement involving materials supplied for publication.
Client assumes sole responsibility for above mentioned risks.

DISPUTES

You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute ("claim") you have with us arising out of or relating to these terms or Christopher, LLC exclusively in a state or federal court located in Clark County. The laws of the State of Nevada will govern this Statement, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions, content or information, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.
